Star Wars Episode III



I went to a premiere of Star Wars last night! Yes I saw Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith before you. I'm so excited. There were two showings of Star Wars. We were in the second (it was cheaper). All the celebrities were in the first showing so for the first part of the evening I was just trying to spot stars as they were waiting to go inside the theater. I saw Mark Hamill. It was a mad house around Mark. I could barely get his picture so most of them turned out like this.


The arrow is pointing to the top of his head.
But I got some better ones.



Okay so my pictures aren't the greatest, but my brother got Mark to sign his arm.



And my Mom got him to sign the back of her ticket.

His pen was running out of ink so it is kind of a smudgy signature.

Here is my ticket and pass. They are so cool. I'm going to keep them in a safe place.


Do you want to know what we did the majority of our evening.

We stood. We stood around for 4 hours. I had really cute shoes on, but they hurt my feet so much that I could barely walk back to our car after the movie was over. They were running behind schedule so we were stuck in this barricade thing forever. It was very irritating, especially because we had this drunk guy standing behind us the whole time, and other obnoxious hicks were all around us. A big, wonderful, classy premiere was put on in our little cow-tipping part of the world and boy did the two not mix.

When the first showing of Star Wars was over and all the people from that filed out of the theater a news reporter lady interviewed each celebrity as they came out. I saw, of course, Mark Hamill, but Carol Channing was there also, and other minor celebrities that I can't remember their names. Oh when Andrew Firestone from the Bachelor came out, (I have only watched the Bachelor once, and never will again it's a terrible show) the reporter interviewed him and he said, "I can't believe that________." I won't say what he said because it will ruin a big part for you like it did for us. Stupid Andrew Firestone! I wanted to slap him.

Despite all the negative things I've listed it was an incredible evening, one that I will never forget, and one my family needs to thank me profusely for because I bought the tickets. Oh what's that? You want to know about the movie? Well you'll just have to read my review on Star Wars Episode III:Revenge of the Sith at my movie review blog. Was the movie worth waiting around for or do I want a refund?

What an amazing experience.
